Personal Training 1:1
This in-person personal training session begins with a postural assessment and a personalized introduction to your workout plan.
Ongoing sessions follow a format designed to build strength, improve mobility and support your goals. Each workout incorporates form corrections, alignment cues, muscle activation techniques, and injury prevention strategies to help you more safely and effectively. Sessions are held in Vermilion AB.

Summer ACRO & Tumbling
Summer Drop In’s! A fun, structured introduction to acro and tumbling! This class focuses on building body awareness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate games, conditioning, and skill development.
Students will work with animal movement patterns, skills in a safe and supportive environment while learning how to move with control, proper technique, and strong body alignment.

Mobility & Alignment Training
Improve posture, movement efficiency, recovery, and overall body function through mindful conditioning practices. Participants will learn how to increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, improve posture, and build strength through functional movement.
Whether you're an athlete, dancer, fitness enthusiast, or simply looking to move through daily life with greater ease, this class offers modifications and progressions to meet you where you are.

I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to be the MC for The Collective Dance Challenge! It brings me so much joy to see the kids on stage and different studios come together. It’s such a wonderful event and I am so grateful to be part of it!

Classes at Lakeland College
Lakeland College Class will resume in SEPTEMBER 2026!
Foundation In Motion (60 min): Circuit-style class, a mix of bodyweight, resistance training & cardio-based exercises. High-energy, encouraging environment. Best for beginners, those recurring to movement and anyone who enjoying an energetic, supportive group workout.
Dance Cardio (30 min): A high-energy, follow-along class that blends rhythm, dance, and simple patterning to get you moving and feeling good. Designed to elevate your heart rate while keeping things fun and expressive, this class is all about letting go, building confidence, and enjoying movement. No dance experience needed—just come ready to sweat and vibe.
Stretch & Mobility (45 min): A mindful movement class focused on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and overall body awareness. Through intentional stretching and controlled mobility work, participants will release tension, support recovery, and create more ease in their movement. Suitable for all levels, this class leaves you feeling more open, aligned, and connected to your body.
