Define your EXCELLENCE AIM-High
AIM with Crimson is a movement & mindfulness space focused on the mind-body connection!
AIM offers mental skills training, movement and exercise focused classes and workshops, and one-on-one sessions to help individuals achieve holistic wellness. Utilizing learning styles, thinking traps and creating lifestyle shifts that support your health and wellbeing. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for helping others move with joy, confidence, and sustainability.
Movement has shaped my life through both highs and challenges — including a major knee injury that shifted my perspective on resilience, recovery, and longevity. That experience ignited my passion for injury prevention, mindful training, and building strength in ways that honor the body.
I believe everybody is different — and that’s what makes movement beautiful.
My mission is to help you discover what works best for your body, so you can feel strong, supported, and empowered.
