Our Policies

  • I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.

    • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at my discretion.

  • Health & Safety; All clients must complete a health questionnaire before training. Forms are sent out and must be returned before your first session. If you have any injuries, illnesses, or changes in health, please inform me before your session so I can adjust accordingly.

  • You will receive an invoice via email, which can be paid by e-transfer to crimhasl@gmail.com

    • If you are running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

    • If I am late, you will receive the full session time or a make-up option.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
