Teaching weekly at Harbour Dance Center Friday’s 10:45-11:45 am Stretch & Strength with PBT
Stretch & Strength is a class open to all levels and abilities! In class will incorporate teachings from (PBT) Progressing Ballet Technique, Sugarfoot Therapy, and fitness exercises from NASM Personal Training.
During class we will be focusing on the importance of body alignment, muscle activation, emphasizes the power of mindfulness and breath. As well as using props; large Yoga/ Swiss ball, small ball and therabands to provide feedback to our body’s.
There are always lots of options and modifications to ensure that class is a healthy and safe challenge for your body.
*Please bring your own mat for your class comfort and a theraband, the studio also has some to borrow*

Originated in Australia F45 workouts combine elements of high-intensity interval trining (HIT), circuit training and functional training. the variation of our workout programming keeps our members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun.
Monday Evening F45 PortMoody 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm
Tuesday Evening F45 Lougheed 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm
Saturday Morning F45 Lougheed 8:30 am and 9:45 am
